Articles Editor's Note Subscribe to download Issue "RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN COPYRIGHT" SELECTED ANNOTATED CASES Thomas Kjellberg Joelle Milov Dasha Chestukhin Jeremy Berman These annotations cover cases reported from June 2023 to June 2024. Read Article We are pleased to present the annotated summary of cases from June 2023- June 2024, produced by Thomas Kjellberg and his team at Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman. The tradition of summaries of cases has been part of the journal’s history from the first issue and has continued in one form or another for over seventy years. As the cases, law reviews, and other copyright-related resources grew, the question of what to do with the summaries became a serioua question, as printing costs also rose. The decision to put the second volume of the journal as a digital resource was made, and for the last few years, that is how it has proceeded. We honor this new trend for 2024. But the solution has a couple of problems. It does not preserve in the same way for the historical record these valuable resources, as they are not printed and bound with the rest of the issues. It is also challenging to have summaries for one year across two volumes. We are working to solve these problems for Volume 72. For now, enjoy the selected annotated summaries from Thomas Kjellberg. He and his team do a great service in keeping us informed. This annotation covers from June 2023 through June 2024. The summaries are arranged by topic. All of the editorial, formatting, and production for the summaries is handled by Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman. The Copyright Society Law School Fellows team did not review for accuracy.
