CCB Roundtable Follow-Up

In 2022, the US Copyright Office launched the Copyright Claims Board (CCB) to address and resolve certain copyright disputes (damages are capped at $30,000). Come hear from our panel of experts about the pros and cons of filing or responding to a CCB claim, tips for drafting a compliant claim, and how this three-member tribunal is working one year in. The panelists will share their views about what they believe is and isn’t going well, and where they see the small claims system five years from now.

This panel is a follow-up to the May 23 “State of the Union” by Officer Monica McCabe.
