Rachel Kim is VP, Legal Policy & Copyright Counsel at the Copyright Alliance where she has advocated for and worked on education and outreach to the creative community on a variety of domestic and international copyright policy issues—including AI, CCB regulations, Copyright Office, modernization, registration practices, and other copyright and policy initiatives. Prior to rejoining the Copyright Alliance in 2021, she was of Counsel at CBS Studios and a Law Clerk and Contracts Specialist at NBCUniversal, advising and working on a variety of legal and business issues arising from television production. Rachel earned her J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, and her B.A. in Chinese Language/Literature from George Mason University.
