About the Annual Meeting

We are thrilled to be hosting our 2026 Annual Meeting, scheduled for June 14-16, at The Galt House in Louisville, KY.

The Annual Meeting is a wonderful opportunity to meet other members, identify new clients, make new friendships, and establish important professional relationships. Over two and a half days, attendees are engaged in a collaborative exchange and discourse on some of the most critical, cutting-edge issues at the forefront of copyright and intellectual property.

Private Tour of the Kentucky Derby Museum and Churchill Downs

 

  • 2:15pm – Load Bus and depart from ground floor West Tower Lobby
  • 2:30pm – Arrive at Museum and check-in at front lobby
  • 3:00pm – 18-Minute Film in Great Hall
  • Matt Bizzell from the Greenhouse will be giving tour of the garden and grounds to showcase the plants and flowers and what the greenhouse is fully in charge of around the track.
  • 4:00pm Group Exhibit and Gift Shop
  • Exploration- Group Exhibits, Museum Store & Museum Stable to see miniature horse & resident thoroughbred.

  • 3:00pm – Meet at ground floor West Tower Lobby for 15-minute walk to Sluggers Museum
  • 3:20pm – Arrive and check-in

  • 5:30pm – Anticipated end time, 15-minute walk back to Galt House

The ticket admission price includes all museum exhibit areas, a 35-minute guided tour through our factory with a tour guide, a trip into our Bat Vault, a 13-minute film called the Heart of the Game in our Theater, and everyone receives an 18-inch souvenir bat at the end of the tour. Most of our guests are here about 1 ½ – 2 hours for the whole experience.

Please wear comfortable shoes.

$25 per person. Limited to 45 people.
