AI Content Licensing: Perspectives From Across the Deal

November 16, 2026 at 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM ET Live CLE Accredited

As AI content deals multiply, the most challenging questions facing attorneys are the practical ones, with one question underpinning them all: How do you structure an agreement against rapidly-evolving licensing, litigation, and industry landscapes?

We hope that you can join our esteemed panelists Alex Haskell (General Counsel & Head of Global Affairs, Eleven Labs), Ruth O’Farrell (Vice President & Associate General Counsel, AI & Content Partnerships, News Corp), and Will Page (Economist & Strategic Advisor, former Chief Economist, Spotify) in a wide-ranging discussion moderated by Divya Taneja (Partner, Ashurst Perkins Coie) around negotiation and drafting considerations, factors that might impact the scope and value of a license, and what success looks like for the stakeholders on both sides of the deal.
