Copyright + Technology 2021 
is our annual conference that focuses on the dramatic and fast-moving influences that technology has on copyright
in the digital age. We are the unique forum where technologists, attorneys, media industry professionals, and public policy decision makers come together for in-depth dialog on current hot topics related to copyright and technology.
This year the conference will be held virtually via live webcasts on September 22nd and 23rd.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is received in writing by Friday, September 17, 2021. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after September 17, 2021. Registrations are transferable. Please email cancellation or transfer requests to Kaitland Kubat at kaitland<at>csusa<dot>org. If you are transferring your registration to someone else, please include the new registrant’s name, job title, firm or company, and workplace city/state.

The Copyright Society provides a limited number of scholarships each year to judges, law clerks, law professors, law students, attorneys, and nonprofit organization employees. For information on how to apply, please

CLE INFORMATION

The Copyright + Technology sessions will be live, interactive, and allow for questions. Each track will provide Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for the states listed below. The amount of CLE credit that may be obtained through electronic delivery varies by state.  Instructions for verifying attendance will be emailed to registrants prior to the program.

You may request CLE credit for a state not listed below when filling out your online registration form or by contacting the Copyright Society’s CLE Department at cle@csusa.org.

Arizona
Attorneys must self report their CLE hours. The Copyright + Tech sessions are interactive and a certificate of attendance will be provided.

California
Approved. Full program: 4.0 participatory credits / Single Track: 2.0 participatory credits.

New Jersey
Approved. Full program: 4.0 general CLE credits / Single Track: 2.0 general CLE credits. Attorneys will be sent a New York CLE Certificate of Attendance as New York is an approved jurisdiction and the Copyright Society is a Certified NYS MCLE Provider.

New York 
The Copyright Society is an Accredited NYS MCLE Provider. Full program: 4.5 credits / Single Track: 2.0 credits. The intermediate program is transitional and appropriate for both newly admitted attorneys and experienced attorneys.

Ontario
Attorneys must self report their CPD substantive hours. A certificate of attendance will be provided for your records.

Pennsylvania
The Copyright Society is an Accredited PA CLE Provider. Full program: 4.0 credits / Single Track: 2.0 credits.
