With Lincoln Bandlow, who represented Senator McCain in the suit brought by Jackson Brown in 2008, Serona Elton, leading scholar of music law and artists’ rights, and Will Ritter, Director of Operations for the Romney presidential campaign and Co-Founder of Poolhouse, which provides digital advertising for the Rubio presidential campaign.

Serona Elton is an expert on music licensing and a leading scholar in the
field of music law and artists’ rights associated with music. She has
