Thiago Pedroso de Andrade is a Business and Legal Affairs professional at Floresta, a Sony Pictures-affiliated production company. He is an international business lawyer specializing in entertainment law, intellectual property, corporate governance, and strategic negotiations, with extensive experience in the audiovisual industry, particularly in complex transactions and international productions.

He holds a Ph.D. in International Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School, where he is currently conducting postdoctoral research focused on intellectual property, technology, and artificial intelligence.
