Toby Bond is a partner in our Intellectual Property Group. Having studied physics at university, he is fascinated by technology and the way in which it is reshaping our world.

Working at the intersection between copyright, trade secrets, contracts, regulation, and data, Toby support clients with the development, deployment, and commercialisation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and act for clients in disputes relating to AI, data licensing and web scraping. He was named one of Global Data Review’s worldwide ’40 under 40′ upcoming data lawyers in 2021 and in 2024 Chambers named me a Global Market Leader in AI.
