Clark Asay is the Hugh W. Colton Professor of Law at BYU Law School. His research interests focus on intellectual property law, including empirical studies of copyright law. Prior to joining BYU Law, Professor Asay was a Shughart Scholar at Penn State Law, corporate counsel at Amazon’s Lab126, and a technology transactions associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
