Alex Rindels is corporate counsel at Jasper, a Series A generative artificial intelligence platform with a $1.5 billion valuation, centered around deploying generative AI to create online marketing content, through a family of products including the Jasper API, browser extensions, and the Jasper App, which enables, among other things, chatbot conversations and image generation. The Jasper community currently includes over 100,000 creators, marketers, and business owners. 

As Jasper’s first and only in-house counsel (so far), Alex advises on all aspects of commercial contracting, corporate law and transactions, intellectual property, and data privacy and security. Before joining Jasper, Alex practiced corporate law at the Mintz firm in Boston, clerked on the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, and received a dual JD-MBA from the University of Kansas School of Law and School of Business.
