Senior Director and Associate General Counsel of IP Litigation at Cisco Systems
Bryan Sinclair is the Sr. Director and Associate General Counsel of IP Litigation at Cisco Systems where he oversees an incredibly talented team and the management of all of Cisco’s intellectual property litigation in U.S. District Courts, the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court as well as numerous foreign jurisdictions. Bryan also participates on Cisco’s Generative AI task force and has assisted in the management of Open-Source issues.
Prior to joining Cisco in 2017, Bryan was an IP litigation partner in K&L Gates’ Palo Alto office for over seven years and practiced in the IP litigation groups of several other international law firms over the course of his career. Bryan started his legal career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Peter T. Fay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit where he spent his first year after graduation from law school.
