Madhavi Batlibo heads up the global music legal team across Meta, both on the licensing and the product sides. In this capacity, structure deals for all Meta product and services worldwide, provide advice on music-related issues across the company worldwide and lead a team that provides advice to business and product clients across the company.
Maddy has a JD from Columbia Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brandeis University. Prior to Facebook, Maddy was a commercial counsel on the music legal team at Google. Maddy started her career as an associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP, specializing in technology and content deals.
