Caroline Ryon is Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon MGM Studios, overseeing the development, production, distribution, and marketing of scripted and unscripted film and series projects. In addition to leading feature film acquisition for Amazon MGM Studios, Caroline acts as lead attorney negotiating and advising on complex deal structures across the studio’s slate, including co-productions, negative pickups and first look, overall and multi-picture arrangements with high-profile talent. Prior to joining Amazon MGM Studios in 2017, Caroline was an associate in the Entertainment, Sports and Media group of Latham & Watkins for four years. She graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a B.A. in English/Drama from the University of Virginia.
