Nicolas Gonzalez Thomas is the co-founder and CTO of Musical AI (www.wearemusical.ai (http://www.wearemusical.ai/)) the rights management platform for AI. He is a computer scientist, musician, and entrepreneur with extensive industry experience. 

Nicolas has worked as a developer, product manager, systems analyst, and IT consultant on projects across the US, Canada, Argentina, and India. His career spans roles in both large corporations and startups, where he has served as CEO and CTO. His expertise covers a wide range of areas, from satellite telecom services to machine learning for creative systems.

Over the past 15 years, Nicolas has been involved in generative AI for music, first as an early researcher and then as an entrepreneur. In 2013, Nicolas developed a musical GenAI system the output of which was performed by a professional ensemble, arguably passing the Turing test. He also created a machine learning methodology for creative systems to evaluate their own output.
