FeiFei Jiang is Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property at NBCUniversal, where she advises the company’s worldwide entertainment divisions on copyright and contractual rights-related issues, including the acquisition and exploitation of intellectual property, U.S. and foreign copyright termination and reversion, drafting of rights agreements, chain of title issues, and litigation risk. This advice covers all stages of the lifecycle of film and television properties. Previously, FeiFei was a litigation associate at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP and Caldwell Leslie & Proctor, PC, and served as a law clerk on the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
