Andy Ramos is a partner in the Intellectual Property and Digital Law practice of the law firm Pérez-Llorca, with offices in Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. Andy regularly advises companies in the technology, entertainment, audiovisual and music industries, as well as software and video game developers and publishers, on copyright and technology transactions and litigation.

Andy co-founded the Spanish Entertainment Law Association (DENAE) with great friends and colleagues. Since 2008, Andy has been teaching at different universities and has published articles and contributed to books on video game law, software, technological protection measures, internet law and copyright litigation.
