María González Gordon is the Co-Managing Partner at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo and heads up its Intellectual Property and Digital Business department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. She specialises in advising domestic and international companies on intellectual property, technology and copyright, particularly in litigation. She has a deep expertise on assisting client in their policy and advocacy work on digital regulation with a particular focus on AI and non personal data.
