Ygor Valerio is Vice President at IP House, where he leads investigations, intellectual property enforcement, and anti-piracy strategies across Latin America, while also supporting multiple clients in the United States. A lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, he has held leadership positions at the Motion Picture Association, Adobe, Nokia, and Microsoft, and founded the consultancy LtaHub. He also headed the litigation and technology departments at CQS/FV Advogados, one of Brazil’s leading media and entertainment law firms. Ygor holds a J.D. equivalent from the University of São Paulo with a specialization in Intellectual Property, and is a Certified Trade Intellectual Property Specialist (CTIPS). He has advised multinational corporations, law enforcement agencies, and governments on combating piracy, fraud, and illicit trade worldwide, and regularly speaks and writes on copyright enforcement and international content protection.
