Jacqui Stewart is a UK qualified transactional licensing lawyer with some 20 years experience of advising clients on complex intellectual property and music licensing transactions. With a strong background in structuring and negotiating licensing agreements and commercial contracts, Jacqui has a broad perspective, having worked both on the rightsholder side and the digital service/platform side as in-house counsel for companies ranging from startups to multinational tech companies.  Jacqui strives for a pragmatic approach to deal making and is valued for her deep understanding of both legal and business considerations. Jacqui lives in London with her husband, 2 children and their dog and is a keen marathon runner having participated in the London Marathon for the last three years.
