• COPA v Wright (leading the team which earlier this year successfully exposed the fraudulent nature of Craig Wright’s claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto (and the owner of the IP rights underpinning Bitcoin)
• Warner Music & Sony Music v TuneIn (the UK test case on liability for linking to copyright protected content)
• ICE Services (acting on licensing and disputes matters for the leading EU music licensing hub)
• Meltwater v the Newspaper Licensing Agency (the dispute which set the model for the licensing of online news content in the UK);

Phil sits on the Copyright and Technology Working Group of the British Copyright Council and is the Editor of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Copyright.
