Zack Schenkkan is an experienced counselor and litigator who has spent ten years working with challenging intellectual property issues for diverse clients. In his current role at NBCUniversal, he advises the company’s numerous novel issues concerning the exploitation of new and classic properties in both old and new mediums.
Previously, Zack Schenkkan was a litigator at Quinn Emanuel where he focused primarily on copyright and other intellectual property law cases involving complex issues and international law. Before that, he clerked for the Hon. George H. King, Chief Judge of the Central District of California. At UCLA Law School, he was editor-in-chief of the UCLA Law Review.
