About

Zvi Rosen is an Associate Professor at the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.  where he teaches courses in intellectual property, real property, and business law.  He previously taught at the Simmons Law School at Southern Illinois University.  He has written extensively on the history of copyright law in the United States, and was the 2015-2016 Abraham L. Kaminstein Scholar in Residence at the United States Copyright Office.  He is a frequent commentator on contemporary copyright law issues as well, and has filed amicus briefs with the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court.  He holds a JD from the Northwestern University School of Law and an LLM in Intellectual Property from the George Washington University School of Law.
