Brittany Kaplan-Peterson is in-house IP litigation counsel to Apple, where she advises clients in connection with a wide range of intellectual property matters. She has represented clients in both state and federal court, and in front of the Copyright Claims Board. She was most recently a senior counsel within Paramount Global’s Litigation group. Brittany is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
