Meet the Prez

The mission of the Copyright Society is to foster interest in and advance the study, understanding, and celebration of all things copyright across a wide range of sectors in traditional and new media, both here in the U.S. and around the globe. That mission begins with building a community of copyright practitioners and enthusiasts.

Join us on Wednesday, September 23^rd from 12:00-12:45 pm ET over Zoom for a casual, open space to connect and have an informal conversation with new Society President Theo Cheng and other Society members in a new feature called “Meet the Prez.” Get your questions answered, hear about ways to get involved, and meet others passionate about copyright. This is a great opportunity to learn more about upcoming initiatives, share your ideas, and connect with other Section members who are passionate about the copyright field. Whether you’re a long-time member or new to the Society, you’re invited to attend!
