Please join us for a lively discussion on the mechanics of image licensing presented by Nancy E. Wolff, a Partner at Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard. If image licensing has always been confusing to you, this discussion should provide the keys to unlock your understanding.

Image licensing has become an essential element to any copyright practice as the use of images has become prevalent in almost all mediums. For anyone with clients using images online, in films or in books, this will become a necessary part of your practice. This discussion will explain the basics of the laws surrounding the use of images as well as outline the practicalities of licensing images for various uses. This panel will help you avoid the many risks and pitfalls of failing to properly license images.

Registration Deadline: January 22
