With the advancement of technology and online media comes a growing body of law involving the protection, enforcement, and license of software.  But are software patents a thing of the past in this post-Alice world?  Are software copyrights now more important than ever?  What hot button issue must software licensors and licensees address?  In part one of our two-part series on software copyright law, attorneys Robert Scott and Jenna Albert Van Dusen will discuss the current state of copyright software protection, enforcement, and licensing, and related issues.

Lunch included for attendees who register in advance. Lunch for all other attendees while supplies last.
