Bringing a Guest?

To increase the options available to guests of attendees, we’ve adopted an “à la carte” system. You may purchase guest tickets for the individual receptions and meals while completing your own registration. Or you can do it later—see www.csusa.org/MW16addons >> 

For individuals purchasing a Single-Day Panel Pass, guest tickets may be purchased to attend meals and the receptions.

Financial Aid Policy

The Copyright Society of the USA provides a limited number of scholarships each year to judges, law clerks, law professors, law students, attorneys, and nonprofit organization employees. For information on how to apply, please click here.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is received in writing by January 29, 2016. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after January 29, 2016. Registrations are transferable.

Hotel Reservations: 

The Hotel Monteleone is currently sold out.  CSUSA has reserved a second room block through Monday, January 25 at the Omni Royal Orleans at 621 St. Louis Street (roughly two blocks from the Monteleone).

The Omni is offering CSUSA members and guests the following special rates:

Airport Shuttle:

CSUSA Mid-Winter attendees are eligible to receive a special shuttle rate when booked online through the link below.  Reservations must be made online at least 24 hours prior to your flight’s arrival.
