ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

On December 7th, at 5:30pm, the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, in partnership with the Penn Center for Technology, Innovation, and Competition, Penn Intellectual Property Group, and the Copyright Society of the USA will host a panel of Copyright experts, titled “Interpreting and Applying the Court’s Copyright Jurisprudence after Star Athletica,” to reflect on the Online Special Issue recently published by the Law Review. Panelists will include Shyamkrishna Balganesh, Mark McKenna, Peter Menell, Tyler Ochoa, and Jeanne Fromer, with David Nimmer moderating. The panel will run until 7:00 in the Penn Law auditorium, with a reception to follow in the Law School. The event is free, except for those seeking CLE credit: 1.5 hours will be offered to Pennsylvania attorneys, and possibly other jurisdictions as well. Attendees seeking CLE credit should bring payment in the amount of $60.00 ($30.00 public interest/non-profit attorneys) cash or check made payable to The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania.
