Innovation, Indemnification, and Insurance

ABOUT THE EVENT:

As our businesses, creators, licensors, and licensees push boundaries and intentionally seek to disrupt industries, the indemnification and insurance provisions in agreements can become as or more important than the license grant itself.

In this presentation, Edwin Skoch explores the legal implications and practical realities of indemnifying another party, being indemnified, and procuring insurance for the parties in the event of a third-party claim.
