This panel will showcase in real time the process of AI-augmented creation of audio-visual content, from ideation to generation, editing and production, touching on the copyright concerns and best practices that creators, publishers, and studios should be aware of at each stage: (1) human authorship; (2) work-made-for-hire; (3) guidance for successful registration; (4) assignment of rights in AI-augmented works; and (5) mitigation of litigation risk.
