Our 2014 Annual Meeting at the beautiful Fairmont in Washington DC will be packed with great panels, lectures and networking events.

There will be plenty of time to network at receptions and dinners.  Fun activities will include a nighttime tour of the monuments.

NEW THIS YEAR: The Copyright Society Gala at the Library of Congress
 Please join us for our gala event on Saturday, June 7th, the evening before the meeting opens, at the Library of Congress.  Tickets will be sold separately.  More information below.

When do I need to arrive to make the opening events?
Meeting registration opens at 3pm on Sunday, June 8th.  The New Attendee Reception is at 6:30pm and the general Welcome Reception at 7pm.

The gala starts at 7pm on Saturday, June 7th.

When will the meeting end?
The last session will end at
12:45pm on Tuesday, June 10th.

When can I get a complete agenda and information on registration, room rates and gala tickets? 
When can I register?
Online registration will open the week of April 21st.  If you are a member, you will receive an email alerting you that
registration has opened.  The email will include a full agenda, rates,
instructions for reserving your room and buying gala tickets, and more.
 You will also get a notice if you are on our nonmember email list or if
you follow us on Twitter.

How do I get a hotel room?
Instructions will be included in the email announcing the opening of
registration and will be posted at www.csusa.org.

How much will the meeting cost?
Registration and room rates will
be comparable to those for the 2013 Annual Meeting.  Members,
academics, government employees and students will receive discounts.  Gala
tickets will be sold separately.
