Rub of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and Jeremy Goldman of Frankfurt, Kurnit, Klein + Selz. Professor Rub has authored several influential articles concerning copyright preemption, including one cited by the Second Circuit in the important In re Jackson decision. Goldman has litigated multiple cases involving copyright preemption, including two recent rulings holding that contract claims were preempted by the Copyright Act.
