SPEAKERS Scott Martin is Executive Vice-President of Intellectual Property at Paramount Pictures, where his teams are responsible for rights acquisitions and clearances, market access challenges, content protection strategy, and global intellectual property policy. Scott has worked on films ranging from Wayne’s World, The Truman Show, Saving Private Ryan, Mission: Impossible, Titanic, and Forrest Gump to the Jackass films. Scott taught as an Associate in Law at Columbia University School of Law and as an adjunct professor at USC School of Law and USC School of Music. He served on behalf of the U.S. State Department as a copyright law consultant in Estonia, Indonesia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, and Lithuania and is the author of two volumes of forms for the treatise Nimmer on Copyright. Donald Rosenfeld is a film producer. Over the past 25 years he has created 30 cinematic works of consistently high literary and historical themes. Rosenfeld’s latest films include Tunnels of Cu Chi, based on the original screenplay by Pulitzer Prize-winner Garry Trudeau, Dinner with Edward, adapted from Isabel Vincent’s courageous book of the same title, and Terrence Malick’s Voyage of Time. Mr. Rosenfeld resides in New York City and has only been to Hollywood on one occasion. Brad A. Greenberg is counsel for policy and international affairs at the U.S. Copyright Office. He primarily works on Office policy studies and manages an international portfolio that includes the Caribbean and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Brad previously served as an Intellectual Property Fellow at the Kernochan Center for Law, Media & the Arts at Columbia Law School and as law clerk for the Honorable James Lawrence King of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Brad has authored nearly a dozen law review articles about copyright law and information policy. He received both his J.D. and B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review.
