Have you heard about some big copyright decisions recently, but haven’t had time to dig in? Mark some reading off your year-end to-do list and join our esteemed panel for a discussion of Anderson v. The program will offer CLE Credit. The amount of CLE credit that may be obtained through electronic delivery varies by state. The Copyright Society is an Accredited Continuing Legal Education Provider in California, New York, and Pennsylvania. Instructions for verifying attendance will be emailed to registrants prior to the program.
California: 1.0 Participatory
The Copyright Society is a Certified MCLE Provider in California.
New Jersey: 1.0 General
Attorneys will be sent a New York CLE Certificate of Attendance as New York is an approved jurisdiction and the Copyright Society is a Certified NYS MCLE Provider.
New York: 1.0 Professional Practice
The Copyright Society is an Accredited New York State MCLE Provider. This intermediate program is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
Ontario:
Attorneys must self report their CPD substantive hours. A certificate of attendance will be provided for your records.
Pennsylvania: 1.0 General
The Copyright Society is an Accredited CLE & Distance Learning Provider in Pennsylvania.
