Music Streaming & Copyright Issues

This presentation will examine the copyright issues involved in streaming music including the legal rights of songwriters, music publishers, record companies, and recording artists and the need for licenses. The U.S. Copyright Office’s proposed changes to the music licensing system also will be discussed.
