Our programming reflects the diverse people, industries, and interests of Northern California and the larger San Francisco Bay Area. We cover topics exploring copyright law’s intersection with technology, the arts, and innovation. Past programs include panels on the Oracle vs. Google Supreme Court showdown, the use of copyrighted content in internet memes, the use of copyright for non-monetary purposes, and a joint session recent developments in music copyright law.
