Theresa Weisenberger

Theresa Weisenberger is an intellectual property and technology lawyer who coleads BakerHostetler’s Artificial Intelligence team. She has a bachelors in electrical engineering, and she earned her law degree at Vanderbilt University.  Theresa focuses on patent and copyright law, representing both established technology companies and those companies undergoing a digital transformation at every stage of the intellectual property life cycle. With years of experience with AI and ML technology, Theresa routinely counsels clients on the development and use of AI technologies, from creating AI policy programs to securing the appropriate legal rights and protections for specific use cases.
