Stacey Friends Stacey’s practice is focused on trademark and copyright law, licensing and other commercial transactions, arts, and entertainment. She handles all aspects of brand selection, as well as trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement, both nationally and internationally for large and small companies. She has represented clients before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB), in opposition, cancellation, and appeal proceedings. She recently co-chaired the annual MCLE IP Law Conference. Before joining Morse, Ms. Friends was a shareholder at Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, PC and, prior, started her career at Peabody & Arnold LLP. She is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, and also holds an EdM. from Boston University and a B.A. in Fine Art from SUNY Potsdam.
