Rebecca O’Kelly-Gillard

Rebecca O’Kelly-Gillard co-head’s Bird & Bird’s London Intellectual Property group and co-head the firm’s International Copyright Group. She advises multinational organisations across a range of sectors on all areas of soft IP, with a particular focus on trade mark and copyright issues in the digital and online space.

Her practice covers complex digital IP issues, including copyright infringement, hyperlinking and online content use. She works with platforms, content owners and creators to navigate evolving legislation and maximise the value of digital and data assets.
