Nicolas Charest

Nicolas is an associate in the Montreal office of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin. His practice focuses mainly on corporate intellectual property, namely licensing agreements, and enforcement of IP rights including copyrights at the federal and provincial levels. He is a graduate of the University of California – Berkeley and McGill University and is admitted to practice in both Quebec and New York. He has an in-depth knowledge of copyright laws on either side of the Canada/US border.
