Molly Rothschild Associate Frankfurt Kurnit Klein + Selz Molly G. Rothschild is an associate in the Litigation Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein + Selz. She is recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a 2023-2024 “Rising Star” in Intellectual Property Litigation. Ms. Rothschild represents clients in a variety of industries including publishing, entertainment, fashion, telecommunications, and law. She has substantial commercial litigation and intellectual property experience and has worked on issues involving First Amendment, defamation, obscenity, trademark, copyright, false advertising, right of publicity, and general commercial contract disputes. She is an adjunct professor, teaching communications law at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications in New York City. She is also passionate about providing pro bono representation and has represented clients in immigration, employment, and child custody matters. Ms. Rothschild serves as co-chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Rothschild was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Cole Schotz P.C. Before law school, Ms. Rothschild worked as an editor and writer for several print and digital publications. Ms. Rothschild is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
