Lexi Todd

Alexandria (Lexi) Todd is an in-house attorney and Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Primary Wave Music. At Primary Wave, Lexi handles contract drafting and negotiation and other legal matters for Primary Wave’s music publishing, recorded music, artist management, film & TV, and marketing andbranding divisions, as well as various business and operational functions. Lexi is an integral part of the acquisitions team helping to solidify Primary Wave’s place at the frontline of high-profile music acquisitions for iconic and legendary acts. After joining the company 6 years ago as a legal intern, she quickly rose to the position of Vice President and oversees due diligence, negotiations, and closings on a number of high-profile deals. Lexi is also a member of Primary Wave’s DEI Task Force formed last year to address the need for dedicated initiatives to support structural change and diversity, equity, and inclusion in the music industry. Lexi was featured in Billboard Magazine’s 2021 “40 Under 40, List of Trailblazing Young Music Executives” and Variety Magazine’s 2022 “Hollywood’s New Leaders of 2022.”
