Kerri Ellenberger

Kerri is a proud copyright nerd with over 15 years of experience in the publishing industry, particularly in the areas of  Rights and Permissions and catalog publishing. In her Vice President role at HMH, she oversees the Intellectual Property acquisition team, focusing on the organizational strategies, processes, and policies around third-party permissions, licensing, and IP asset creation. Kerri is an inclusive leader with proven experience building and managing successful international teams and driving organizational change. In her career, Kerri has proven results in building client and vendor partnerships, designing operational processes, successful negotiations, and digital product development. She is a Certified Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Loves show tunes, good wine, and great people.
