Joshua Graubart Principal Attorney Law Offices of Joshua Graubart, P.C. Joshua Graubart is an entertainment and intellectual property attorney practicing in New York, New Jersey and California. Josh’s practice focuses on cross-border copyright transactions and disputes. He has been active in the Copyright Society for almost 20 years, and is a member of the executive committee of the US chapter of the Association Littéraire et Artistique Internationale (ALAI) and the Intellectual Property Council of the New York City Bar Association. Josh holds an LL.M. (with merit) in international intellectual property law from the University of London, and received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was Chief Executive Editor of the Duke Law and Technology Review. When not thinking about copyright, Josh skis, kayaks and hikes in and around upstate New York, and dreams of Japanese hot springs. He taught English for several years in northeastern Japan, obtained degrees from American and British universities in Japanese legal history, clerked for two Japanese law firms in Tokyo while a law student, and is conversant in Japanese.
