Jenny Goak

Jenny Goak is an Associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton. She counsels clients in various industries in trademark and title clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management. In addition to trademarks, she advises clients on strategy for protecting and enforcing their copyrights. Prior to joining the firm, Jenny worked at Amazon.com, Inc. where she handled the global trademark and copyright portfolio for Amazon’s original content business. She gained an international perspective in trademark portfolio management and strategy by clerking at a premier law firm in Seoul, South Korea. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard F. McDermott in King County Superior Court in Kent, Washington. Jenny lived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for one year and sang with the Singapore Lyric Opera Chorus. She also sang with the San Francisco Lyric Opera and Seattle Symphony Chorus. She speaks conversational Korean. Jenny was recognized as a Northern California “Rising Star” in 2020 and 2021 for Intellectual Property by Super Lawyers magazine.
