Hana specializes in entertainment-related copyright issues. With a law degree from the Czech Republic, Hana has built a robust career in intellectual property law since moving to the United States.

Currently, Hana works in IP Operations at Amazon MGM Studios in Culver City. There she handles worldwide copyright protection matters, provides complex chain of title advice, performs trademark and title clearance, as well as trademark prosecution for upcoming shows across multiple regions. With a multicultural perspective, and practice across jurisdictions Hana supports the Amazon MGM Studios creative teams located across the world. Her hands-on experience with the development, production, and marketing of audiovisual works provides valuable insights and practical expertise.
