Danielle Bulger



Danielle is an accomplished senior associate at ArentFox Schiff LLP in Washington, D.C.  She counsels clients on a variety of complex business and intellectual property matters, including with respect to the selection, registration, maintenance, portfolio management, and enforcement of copyrights and trademarks throughout the United States and abroad, in addition to the implications of unfair competition laws, and the First Amendment.  Danielle is responsible for spearheading and managing a high volume of e-commerce disputes, including copyright and trade dress litigations involving apparel, jewelry, accessories, footwear, and product designs and packaging.  She has represented some of the largest fashion companies and e-commerce providers and often advises clients with respect to issues of first impression, artificial intelligence, and internet, frequently helping to analyze and synthesize detailed statutes, cases, and contract provisions.  As a brand counselor, Danielle enjoys helping clients navigate new technologies, grow and maintain their brand assets, and develop creative solutions.  Danielle recently served as the chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the National Bar Association, hosted the Diversity in Tech and IP Awards, and has presented CLEs on numerous topics.  Prior to being an attorney, Danielle lived in New York City and worked as an associate producer and multi-media journalist for several major news outlets.
