His clients include leading creative organizations and individuals worldwide in film, television, publishing, live theatre, and music, including copyright expertise in areas such as copyright termination, recordation, registration, and statutory licensing. He is the author of numerous scholarly articles on copyright and entertainment law, including the treatise Entertainment Law Forms and Analysis (Law Journal Press), and the best-selling leading practice guide and law school textbook Entertainment Law Fundamentals and Practice published by Cognella Press, is a former Adjunct Professor at USC Gould School of Law, and is a public speaker on copyright and entertainment law topics for legal and industry groups nationwide.
