Carrie Dumont

Carrie Dumont is SVP, Business & Legal Affairs, at Peanuts Worldwide leading the Business and Legal Affairs team to support and facilitate Peanuts Worldwide’s diverse activities including global licensing, original animated content production, location-based entertainment experiences, and charitable initiatives.

Carrie has received JD degrees from both Osgoode Hall Law School (York University) and University of Notre Dame Law School. She is an active member of the Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA) and has served on its bargaining committee participating in the negotiations for several of the Independent Production Agreements with the Writers Guild of Canada and the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists (ACTRA). She has also served on the CMPA Industrial Relations Committee. She is currently a member of the CMPA Copyright Committee and the CMPA Kids & Animation Working Group. Carrie is also a member of the Copyright Society’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
